The new One New Zealand Stadium (Te Kaha) is a world class, multi purpose venue in Christchurch. Designed with 25,000 permanent seats, and expandable to 30,000 through a temporary northern stand for field sports and 37,000 for entertainment events.

Delivered by BESIX Watpac, the project is a significant milestone in New Zealand’s post earthquake regeneration, providing a state of the art venue for international sporting fixtures, concerts and community events.

Hosting major sporting contests and international concerts, with a scalable seating capacity to ensure it remains fit for purpose for smaller concerts, shows and events.

Cassidy Construction was engaged as Cost Controller working closely with project delivery team to ensure the project was delivered ahead of schedule and under the forecast budget.
